KRIS: Now we trust that you are comfortable and we thank you for your very early consideration, or as in some cases, very late considerations.

Today’s presentation we will title, ‘Like the Wind in the Trees’, and of course it is about consciousness but more specifically the actions and movements of consciousness. And by movement of consciousness we do not refer to anything related to Metamucil or bran muffins, but instead paying attention to the flow of energy, your energy specifically. And we do wish it understood that your energy is anything and everything that you happen to experience. So whether it appears as if the events, circumstances or conditions seem to be objectified or not, it is always, has always been and will always be, your energy.

Consciousness is a very varied experience, not necessarily a thing but an experience. And it is not static or something that exists separate from you or even outside of the field of your being, but instead it is the experience of your being in another manner. You may be accustomed to thinking of yourself, your being, as an accumulation or organization of atoms and molecules and cells and bodily parts and so on, but the truth of the matter is that these are, again, projections of ideas and concepts you entertain about yourself, and are in some way projected in a fashion that appears objectified, as if there exists a separation between what you normally refer to as yourself and your body, and everything else that occurs in the world.

And our particular point is that in establishing first, at some point during the day, a small practice of the Seven Circles Yoga we presented to you, and hopefully you found it relatively simple a process to go through, this yoga process will definitely assist you in getting in touch with those energetic processes that are always functioning within the field of your being. Whether you refer to it as external or internal is irrelevant but it always functions and the yoga allows you to become more aware of the processes themselves.

And as you attune yourself to the processes, the energies will be much easier to recognize, to get in touch with. And when your awareness is such that the recognition of the flow of those energies is much easier to identify because it is the living process of your being, your consciousness, then you can begin to gently maneuver along the flows of the processes within consciousness and in doing so, begin to incorporate a conscious synergistic participation where, for instance, in the past you might have considered the world as something occurring outside of and separate from you, you might even now begin to understand that the processes flow within the currents, the ebbs and tides of your own consciousness, and not something separate from it. This is, by the way, not a new process – it is how it is. This is how the processes occur or happen. The difference is that you utilize something like the Seven Circles Yoga to make yourself aware of the processes that have always been this way. The difference, again, is that you have been brought up to believe something different, to think something different is occurring, and that the nature of reality is something separate and different from you. The process, however, will show you that this is not the case, that the reality IS that consciousness flows like rivers and streams. There are currents of tones of your consciousness and they can be, in your own way, observed, understood and then consciously participated in, to begin experiencing the apparent separate oneness of the flows of your consciousness.

We have, in the past, spoken about differentiated and undifferentiated states of awareness. And we have also mentioned that there is a third point of access or observation that more or less is not as much as in-between, as it is in actuality encompassing both states of differentiation and non-differentiation. It is still a state slightly removed, belonging then, to consciousness. And if you begin to observe first in your natural world, more specifically, begin to note for instance how the gentle breeze or the strong wind or even stronger winds move through the trees, the branches and the leaves and begin to note that there is a dance involved in that process. That not only does the wind dance through the trees, but that the trees themselves are incorporated in that very action, as is everything else that encounters the wind is part of the process.

Just as easily you can also consider the flow of water, whether from a small trickle to a little brook, to a stream, to a river, right up to an ocean. So can you observe even with the flow of water, a specific dance and relationship involving both the water and everything that comes in contact with the water. Both the wind and the water, as a point of departure, for observing and getting in touch with that kind of process, of a relationship between the two, water or wind and everything either one comes in contact with.

So you might begin to develop a deeper appreciation for the very nature of your own flow of consciousness and the various tones within that field of your being, as a lovely and creative process all on its own, and yet a part of everything. Developing that sense of appreciation can indeed lead to not only breath-taking insights but belief and barrier-breaking realizations about how the various tones of your energies are used in concert as in a symphony to bring about the various elements that you entertain within that field of consciousness into an objectified type of experience so that you can better gauge the values and preferences that you are both assigning to as well as defining within the state of those experiences.

The process itself can be relatively simple. Just as in the Seven Circles yoga, once you practice it a few times it becomes easier to get in touch with the flow of your awareness along the process itself. And to pursue that kind of a experience simply requires an increased capacity to notice, to observe, and for a very simple reason. In observing you develop a frame of mind and reference through which the actions of your consciousness can become more real to you than a simple intellectualization or an attempt at understanding from having read books or listened to presentations and lectures, or entertaining discussions. The process of observation puts you in direct witness mode because you cannot observe a thing, an event, an action of any kind whatsoever but that you create the very thing that you are observing. And that statement can be more impactful than you could possibly imagine. As you grow within the stages of development in your observations, you can further fine-tune your own creative processes and further along, actually understanding the process that you create exactly what you observe, you can consciously take action here and begin to observe what it is that you desire and want and need in your life as a further benefit from engaging that process.

And observing has another very powerful secondary benefit, it might even be primary, but we will simply refer to it as a secondary benefit at this point, and that is that since it is impossible to not create what it is that you are observing, meaning that you create exactly what it is that you observe, you inadvertently and irrevocably alter the premise of anything that is, was, will be created by you at any other given time. And this is what we mean, as follows: How many of you may have noticed at some point in your life, that you introduce something, whatever that thing is, whether it be an object, a piece of furnishing, new emotions, new thoughts, anything into your life, and suddenly you realize that the introduction of this new thing necessitates a reshuffling of almost everything else surrounding it, whether physical, emotional, psychological or otherwise? You do not need to answer us at this point but perhaps during break you might be able to do so.

But for the time being take this into consideration: that anything that you do, that you entertain in your awareness, consciously or sub-consciously, or objectively or subjectively, anything that you introduce, anything that you do, any action you undertake necessitates a reshuffling, for lack of better word, a reorganization of the very premise of interacting with energy at any level, because this is in some way the very nature of the holographic or holoncentric universe, which is what you are. So any small area where there is change brings about a cascading effect of change in every other area instantaneously, though perhaps in your physical experience it might take a little while to finish the shuffling around. But those changes are introduced instantaneously to all other areas of your awareness because every single unit of awareness does and must contain the contents of every other single unit simultaneously so that there is a complete oneness within apparent separateness within the whole.

And what we introduced at the beginning of this humble discussion, whether it is utilizing and beginning to utilize the Seven Circles yoga, or being observant of energies like the wind through the trees which can function hand in hand, this process begins to awaken within you a state of awareness and observation where you can indeed take conscious reflections upon the very nature of what it is that you are, and what-it-is-that-you-are does. Because what-it-is-that-you-are is not a static state, as if you are somehow or other simply there, floating in the ethers or the vastness of consciousness. That is not the case at all.

What-it-is-that-you-are IS a pure state of action, always in a state of being, which is doing. And that kind of action may, for most individuals, simply go unnoticed, unrecognized for countless lives. But you have an opportunity here to begin actually paying attention to interacting with and utilizing the great powerful and creative state of being that is expressed as you. You are not an anachronism, nor something puny and ineffective, something irrelevant or something filled with flaws and inequities. But you are so unaccustomed to thinking in terms of being as an action that paying attention to that great energy that expresses itself as you might initially seem difficult to pinpoint, but only because you are unaccustomed to it, such as you are perhaps unable to see the forest for the trees.

But once you begin to see, once you begin to experience and develop an awareness then indeed this will initiate within you a cascading effect of awareness to a much higher degree than, again, simply intellectualizing or discussing, but that it comes instead from the very act of experience. It comes from your gut, it comes from actual experienced knowledge. That makes a world of difference.

So perhaps you can all enjoy a very small break where you can discuss among yourselves or chitchat. And then when we return, we would like very much to lead you into a small practice.

[pause]

KRIS: Now we wish to express appreciation to each of you for the discussion during break. It is very important that these kinds of exchanges happen because they bring home the deeper realization that all of these metaphysical talks are not existing in the great vacuum of your brain but are already a part of your daily experiences if you but notice it. And indeed, when you enter the state of mind of the observer or the witness, when you notice, you are automatically in a deepening alpha state. You are therefore slightly removed or in a trance-like state, meaning that your awareness is automatically expanding.

You cannot enter a witness state without a certain degree of expanded awareness. So it is to your practical benefit to engage such processes when it is beneficial for you to do so, giving you much more practice. This is a different kind of focusing. It is a focusing towards expanding awareness as opposed to concentrating your focus. And it can also be said that simultaneously in expanding your focusing you are concentrating it in a different fashion. Reorganizing the structure of your concentration in that way gives you the ability then to engage the actions of your consciousness.

What we have in mind, for your lovely selves, is a small practice which would simply require you to be seated comfortably, as comfortable as possible, hands on your lap, not interlaced but simply resting on your lap. And as you make yourselves more comfortable allow yourselves to breathe nicely, deeply and in a deepening manner where you can feel the rise and fall of your chest and your tummy as you breathe in and the contraction of your chest and tummy as you breathe out. And continue to breathe this way deliberately, slowing the process, allowing feelings of relaxation to begin anywhere in your body as you also listen to the sound of our voice. And as you pay attention to the breathing, the feelings of relaxation spreading throughout your body, listening to the sound of our voice, pretend or imagine that you are like a gentle breeze flowing through the air, feeling everything that you come in contact with, be it tree trunks and branches and leaves, perhaps stones and rocks, boulders or mountains, clouds high in the sky where you play with the clouds and form them, give them shape, whatever shape that is. Feeling the moisture droplets within the clouds. Perhaps rushing by some birds flying high in the sky, feeling their feathers and their wings beat into your wind body giving them additional lift. Perhaps you go down towards the earth again, brushing up against and feeling houses, buildings, cars, people, their clothing, their hair. Perhaps you go by the countryside, rushing into fields of corn or wheat or sunflowers or apple orchards, brushing up against the fruits, the grains, the vegetables, the plants. And as you continue to brush up against the earth, embracing it, caressing everything along the way, you come across a little stream or a big river or an ocean. And allow yourself to become one with that, becoming water now. The water rushing against the banks of the river, perhaps noticing roots from trees above, rocks, fish, other water creatures. Perhaps in the ocean you brush against and embrace whales, dolphins, other lovely sea creatures. Perhaps as the ocean, the water within it, you also brush up against small islands or mountain ranges on the bottom, feeling hot vents, the very depths of the ocean, the skeletal remains of ancient ships. Perhaps deep coral, sunken treasure and other strange deep sea creatures. Once again rising towards the surface, perhaps seeing rays of sunlight piercing into the water, becoming those rays of sunlight now. Rising above and out of the water. And noticing within your physical bodies various ranges, emotional tones and feeling tones, considering these to be like different musical instruments within the symphony. As in a symphony you have various musical instruments; drums, symbols, flutes, violins, cellos, pianos, all kinds of instruments working in harmony through the knowledge and experience of the musicians, to create a beautiful piece of music. And so, becoming aware of the emotional and feeling tone energies within your being, you recognize that you have at your disposal then, a great range of instruments within which you create the symphony of your life. Great production, the symphony of your life, a beautiful creative engagement where various synergies come together and you are not only filled with these various instruments but you are also the Maestro, conducting, carefully, creatively, magically conducting the great symphony of your life as a masterpiece creation. And you become aware of each single instrument and the whole orchestra itself, working in tandem and togetherness yet each instrument, beautiful in its own. And as you continue to imagine this, know that everything in your life is an expression, then, of what you create. Everything you observe and experience, you do so because you have created it, without exception. That you cannot listen to the symphony without you having created the symphony, every instrument, every musician, every piece of sheet music and the Maestro, all a wonderful, synergistic creation on your part. And now, still listening to the sound of our voice, take a very nice deep breath to begin returning your energies to your body, allowing all sensations to return to the body, knowing that when we count from three to one, you will awaken, eyes open, fully awake and aware and feeling good about yourself in every way and in many ways you never considered before. Three. Two, wiggle fingers and toes. And one.

Open your eyes now, fully conscious and awake, aware of the wonderful synergy of power and creativity that you conduct. And the very fact that you have observed this, is because you have created it as such. That you cannot observe or participate in a thing, an event or action of any kind, without it being your creation.

And now that you are all fully awake and aware, we would suggest that for the next two weeks you allow yourself as much fun and creative expressions of what we have just discussed with you as possible. Become doubly and triply aware of yourself in action, like the wind in the trees.

Now are there any inquiries before we leave you to your lovely creative selves, then?

MARLENE: This is Marlene. I would like to know what he meant when he said that, um that when we observe it was a different energy than concentration.

KRIS: It is a different kind of concentration, but it is an expanded concentration as opposed to when you are deeply focusing on one singular item. Do you follow the difference?

MARLENE: Yes.

KRIS: Thus, observation means that your awareness is in the position of a net to catch as much as possible within the field of your awareness.

MARLENE: And that includes your own focus, correct?

KRIS: Observe your energies. Does that answer your inquiry?

MARLENE: Yes.

KRIS: Indeed then.

ANYA: This is Anya. I have a question. When I was practicing Seven Circles Yoga, you know sometimes I would do it in the afternoon, what I noticed, sometimes when I feel a certain emotion, maybe more of a negative emotion, I would feel like I have too much water energy and by engaging more of a wind or like the eagle, I felt like I was gaining a little bit more balance. Would Kris, would you comment on how maybe else can the rebalancing of those three centers can be used to shift states?

KRIS: We believe in the past we have given a small practice for balancing energy centers. We believe you call it fingering yourself. That will be a very quick and easy method to rebalance yourself if you observe that you are somehow or other not as harmonious as you would like. And at the same time we trust that when you say you have too much wind, it is not the result of having eaten beans. Now, all kidding aside, it is very easy to balance yourself. Does that answer your inquiry?

ANYA: Yes.

KRIS: Indeed then. Then we will leave you to your lovely, windy selves and may all of what you observe be most pleasant indeed, since it is of your creation.

Roll Call: Serge (Joseph), Mark (Philip), Ella, Theresa, Anya, Marcos, Matthew, Nicole, Inna, Nardine, Alan A., Ester, Bill, Jim & Mavis, John Hawkins, Peter Bayreuther, Lisa, Frank D.

KRIS: Now we trust that you are comfortable and we thank you for your consideration.

MARK: Thank you.

KRIS: And welcome also one and all, to this the first presentation on the Consciousness Mentoring Institute. Something we will call the Life Enrichment Program. This set of discussions over the next few months will provide you with many different kinds of tools, some of which have previously been brought about and new ones. All meant to increase your level and degree of awareness and response-ability (two words: response ability) towards your own consciousness and learn to work with it, utilize it, at a more conscious level for many purposes, including assisting others to also awaken to their own abilities to respond to consciousness, thereby increasing the dimensionality of awareness. In some cultures this would be called enlightenment, to a certain degree, simply becoming aware of the greater reality within which you have your being.

And not all such practices or yogas are necessarily mental. Some will be physical. And we will present the physical first, as a means to ground yourself and develop a refined awareness of your bodies and of the energies flowing through your bodies. Whilst we will share with you and describe this particular yoga, which we call the Seven Circles Yoga, which may contain bits and pieces of different yogas presented in some cultures as well as some that do not exist as of yet, until we present them. This is meant not only to help ground yourselves but also provide a system that is most practical and effective in awakening deeper, more subtle energies that are part of your biological and spiritual make-up. You are, by now, well aware that, though you have what is called a physical body and it has its very physical functions, you also are both physically and otherwise composed of energy. And though we understand that it is a very generic term, we utilize it because you can impart specific inferences from it.

As you put into effect the physical type of yoga we will be presenting shortly, you may notice very quickly an expanded awareness, increased levels of energy, of vitality, perhaps even a greater peace of mind, a greater facility to concentrate and become much more aware then of the flow of energies through your energy centers, and be able to utilize that energy in a beneficial manner for many other purposes which we will describe as we proceed.

Whilst we describe these types of yoga, Philip will be so kind as to record it on video so that you can all then get a much better grasp by watching the video, afterwards of course. During our descriptions we will also ask each of you to participate as best you can to begin connecting with your own great energies on the spot, as in on-the-job training, so to speak. This will facilitate a greater connection amongst all of you, with ourselves and with your Source. Before we begin getting into this type of yoga, which means to bring together, or to unite, to integrate, or even to become aware, we would like to ask all of you to simply take a very nice deep breath and when you exhale to do so with a fairly loud sigh, as in a deep sigh of contented satisfaction, this way [Kris takes a deep breath in and exhales with a loud sigh]. And do that three or four times, very nicely, gently but affirmatively [short pause]. A second time [short pause]. Third time [short pause]. And one last time.

Now what we suggest is all of you can stand up exactly where you are. Now what we have done is divide the body from the lower waist up into three areas. The lower area literally from your abdomen down to the top of your legs, we call that your earth center. It will take those energy centers that ground you to your physicality, to your physical experience and all of the energies that are pertinent to your physical representation and model of life. It is part of your sub-conscious and psychological body relating to earthly experience.

The middle body from the lower lungs up to the throat area, the collar bone; you can refer to that as your middle body. It contains those energy centers that also connect you with your emotional existence and all of the energies pertinent to your emotional life. And each of those three areas is very vast in its dominion.

The third area, anything above the shoulders; your higher centers, not that any is better than the other, but for simplicity’s sake we have called them lower, middle and higher centers. The higher center contains those energy centers pertaining to the more subtle psychological fields of actions including all of your inner senses.

And what we are suggesting is that there are names you can also apply to them for easier recognition. Thus the lower center, you may refer to it as your earth center. The middle – water center, and the higher – air center. And you can even for your own pleasure, assign an animal, an animal to each of the areas; a powerful creature. For instance, the earth center can be represented by a bear or any other animal you so choose that is powerfully representative of earth-like energies. The middle, you can assign perhaps a large sea creature, a fish, any kind that you like. And the air center can be represented by a creature whose domain is the air, perhaps an eagle, a condor, a hawk or any other bird you like. So each center can be represented by a powerful animal figure for your own ease of recognition and relating.

And there are simple physical movements that can be utilized to bring each of your energy centers in the three locations described, into harmony and balance in such a way that you yourself can recognize just how soothing, healing and powerful it is to be in connection with each of your energy centers in the three locations described. That in itself will give you access to a great deal more energy and peace of mind in such a manner that you can benefit greatly from it.

And we would ask you all to stand, perhaps with your feet approximately sixteen to eighteen inches apart, which is about the same distance as your shoulders. And in so doing, allow yourselves to be even more comfortable by making certain that your shoulders and back are straight, and very gently tuck in your tummy ever so slightly and allow your knees to bend also ever so slightly, so that you are not in one straight line but provide the body the ease to support itself quite naturally. This will give a great relaxation to the muscles along the entire back and be less fatiguing. Just become aware for a moment of your body as it is and drop your arms along your side with your palms facing your thighs, so that you have a very nice posture that is relaxing.

And in a moment you can begin to breath very nicely, preferably as you inhale, breath from the abdomen as if you are inflating a small balloon. And as you breath in allow the balloon to continue inflating right into the lungs. And when you begin exhaling do the reverse – retract the abdomen ever so slightly to make certain you expel most of the air you have taken in. Now we ask also that, as this following exercise continues, you do a few ??17:22 – pay attention to the beat of your heart, as best you can. Simply become aware of your heartbeat, of your breathing, of the slow gentle movements of your body, as we will describe it and the flow of energy that these movements trigger. And to begin you are also quite free to do this yoga any time of day you choose. The preference would be upon rising but you can also do this at any time of day, preferably not too late in the evening as the energy might prevent you from having a gentle relaxing sleep.

Now, let us begin with what we call the sunrise circle. And this simply involves, first of all, placing your right hand over your heart. Placing your left hand on top of your right hand, and then opening up the arms over your head, as if you are the sun rising over the horizon. And gently do this in slow motion to become aware of everything involved. And gently begin to open your arms raising them over your head as if you are the rising sun coming up over the horizon, ending up with your arms outstretched at shoulder level completely open. And then bring the hands back, right over heart, left over right. And do this six more times. You may open your eyes, you may keep them closed, it does not matter. Be aware, however, of the movement of the muscles, the arms, your breathing, especially to inhale as you open up the arms, inhale again as you close the hands. [pause]

Keep your awareness on the movements. Now release the hands, bring them back to your side. Take a nice deep breath. And this time we will pretend to be one of the enormous air creatures or sky creatures, an eagle or a condor fully opening up its wings and in order to do this you may have at first to bend your body to the left and then to the right as we will describe it. But take your right arm, bring it straight up over your head, and then bend slightly to the left, your left arm of course reaching down almost to your knee. And then in a great arc, sweep the air in front of you as if you are opening your wings all the way back, bringing your arm back on the bottom, and resting it by your right leg. Repeat with the other arm, raising it straight up, bending to the right this time, breathing in and great sweep right to the back, bringing your arm down by your left leg. And do this six more times. All the way back and then the arm down, and then with the left. [pause]

Now return to the relaxed standing position, knees slightly bent, back straight. Take a nice deep breath. Now utilizing the arms again, this time you may pretend that you are a great big fish swimming through the waters of the oceans. And it simply means that you can bring your hands to your chest as you did initially, and this time put them in a prayer-like position, palm against palm. And then move your arms in front of your body, extending your hands as far as they will go, separating your palms until they are turned inside out, and then swim all the way to the back. Bring the arms down. Begin again. You may have to slightly bend your body forward, do so as you need. Swimming through the great oceans, activating the energy centers, paying attention to them as you are going through the motions. Breathe in and out nicely, maintaining your awareness focusing completely on the movements, on the presence of mind and be mindful of yourself, of your energies, everything that you do.

Then return to the original standing position, take a deep breath and now pretend you are a powerful earth creature, perhaps a bear or some other great being. And lift your right leg up to hip level, turn it around and bring it back. Left leg, lift the knee up, turn it inside out, all the way circle back down. Be aware of your movement. If you need to support yourself by your desk or whatever to maintain balance, do so. Do this set of circles seven times, being a powerful earth creature. As you do this, stomp or pretend you are stomping the earth, connecting with its power.

Indeed back to the relaxed standing position, back straight, shoulders arms down in a relaxed manner. And again, take a deep breath and exhale with a loud sigh [Kris inhales and exhales with a loud sigh]. And allow yourself to sit.

Now then, we suggest a very small pause at this point, but keep awareness of your energies.

[pause for 1 minute 20 seconds]

KRIS: Now then we take it that you have recovered from this physical type of exercise. Be aware that this simple set of movements increases cardiovascular heart rate in a very beneficial manner, increases the flow of blood to all regions of the body and, even more significantly, balances all of your energy centers, allows for a proper flow of what you call ‘chi’ to all areas of the body. But even more so, it helps in generating a mellow and soothing frame of mind that is the result of alignment with your energies, and as such enables you to take in a greater awareness of your energy or energies as the case may be.

As you become more expert in following this small practice, which takes approximately twelve to fifteen minutes, you will begin to notice that your entire system becomes energized in more ways than one, that you will actually begin to feel and become aware of the electromagnetic field of your body itself; that it extends beyond your physical image. These are the more subtle aspects of your body and form that are also part of your consciousness and you can become aware of them, that you can become consciously aware and have rapport with this field of energy, the result of which is your physical body.

Thus outside of the image of your physical body, this field of energy represents your more subtle aspects and it can be utilized and worked with in a great many ways. For instance, we can ask each and every one of you to extend your right hand, palm open towards your telephone or monitor, computer if you are utilizing a computer. And as we do so as well, sending some of our energy through the system, the telephone system, to join through your various devices in touching your own palm or hand as it is outstretched towards the device, you may perhaps begin to sense a small sensation somewhere on or in your hand. Some of you may feel it more than others, and it is neither here nor there in any way. And as this slight sensation in your hand may increase, allow it to flow into your arm, and you can gently pull your hand back from the device and at the same time continue to allow the sensation to run up your arm into your body, as if it were a wave of light filled with particles of awareness that begin to course through your body and literally touch upon each of your energy centers from the top of your head, down through each of the three regions – air, water, earth – making a connection with each of the energy centers within those regions. Finally to come to rest in the area of the heart, expanding the energy field of the heart outwardly in all directions, as if the heart energy, like a bubble, keeps expanding and expanding to join with the entire field of the body energy.

And in your mind, you may even begin to entertain various images. Pay attention to those, knowing that as the energies blend and expand, awareness increases, blockages are pushed back, even completely removed from your energy field. And very gently allow the energies to continue expanding well beyond the outer reaches of your body into more subtle energies and gently now take a deep breath. Open your eyes if you had closed them. If you had not closed them, look somewhere else in the room. Shift your attention and become fully aware of who you are in the moment.

Now how are you feeling right now?

THERESA: A little light-headed, but nice.

KRIS: Each of you may also notice that, for the most part, anything that would otherwise concern your mind seems to be out of reach. And this is a very nice state to cultivate because it is resonant with being aware, fully aware, of your presence in the moment. And that is a fairly similar state that is often discussed in all of the great perennial philosophies and spiritualities on your planet, past and present. It is a high stage of awareness and it is the beginning of many such stages. And you can take advantage of these simple processes; the Seven Circles Yoga we described earlier and this small energy exercise. Does anyone have any questions at this point in time?

ELLA: In this exercise we received energy, sort of, …(inaudible). But when we do it ourselves we just simply think of your energies or any energies to start that process?

KRIS: You can and you can just as easily reach out to your own higher self or inner Source and connect with that energy; to offer it to yourself as a physical being. You can invite any source of energy you feel is appropriate for yourself. Does that answer your question?

ELLA: Very much.

KRIS: Indeed. Any other questions?

ELLA: For whatever reason I sensed that at one location where I feel pain that that field was not there or weak. Would something like that also occur?

KRIS: Correct. Now, this is something we were waiting for. One of the things that you can do, any of you can do this, if you notice that any area of your body seems cold or that the energy is weaker or more isolated, as you have discovered, you can take either your first two fingers of your right hand or utilize your entire hand if it is an area of the body that you can reach, and put the fingers or the hand on that area, and pretend or imagine or see, that the fingers or the hand create a vibration that draws energy to that spot on the body. So that within a few moments the entire spot vibrates or resonates to the energy of the rest of the body. You may find this most useful for many conditions. Do you follow?

We did, several weeks back, suggest that we would introduce you to many energetic arts, do you remember? Consider this, then, an introduction. And it is most useful to practice this Seven Circles to bring your entire body into harmony. This will enable you to recharge or regenerate your batteries, as it were, thus giving you the increased stamina and energy to continue doing what you do, and expand that energy into assisting others when others are interested in participating. But it is difficult at times to assist others when you yourselves are out of alignment. Do you follow?

If all of these discussions, all of this work, all of these philosophies and ideas remains at the level of the intellect, at the level of talk, then the whole self is not brought into the picture, it remains at the mental level. When you introduce it as we have shared with you this morning, at the level of physical body which is an expression of your own spiritual energies, then you integrate a wholeness, a holistic sense of well-being and integration that is the cure for many ailments, both mental, psychological and physical. It not only takes you into the body where you need to be, as opposed to merely in your head, but it also takes you deep into awareness of energy that creates. Does that make sense to you?

And without that kind of awareness, simply wishing for things to happen in your life may indeed delay the process that you wish to activate. Thus you now have at your disposal very powerful tools that can only benefit you; that can bring you closer to the source of self, which is what many of you want. But many of you find somehow or other blocked from achieving because, for the most part, most people consider the physical body as something to get away from. We are of a very different opinion and we can prove it by what you do with these exercises, because anything that we tell you is not something you need to believe on faith alone but by what it does within your body, which is your laboratory of consciousness. Does that make sense to you?

So it is only by bringing body awareness into self that you actually connect with self. And with that we will leave you for a small break.

Now then, do understand that you may consider yourselves physical beings and you are, in part, correct. You may also consider yourselves spiritual beings and you are also correct. And the very place where your spirituality and your physicality meet, is within your body and particularly when you have presence of mind to be aware of that junction, of that joining up into wholeness. And, as such, the yoga we presented assists you in tapping into that very presence of the moment where you can develop greater awareness of your whole being including and beyond the physical aspect.

So it is to your benefit to take advantage of this yoga, share it with others. And if you can put it into practice on a daily basis, though you are not obliged, but if you can on a daily basis, within a matter of weeks you will notice an increase in awareness of whom and what you are, especially an increased awareness of your sensory perceptions; hearing, seeing, smelling, tasting, touching. These will become harmoniously balanced and far more acute. Some of you may even think that somehow or other you have gotten brand new senses. We are not making claims of overnight cures but we are saying that there will be a marked increase in sensory perceptions. That should be your trigger to understanding that, in terms of awareness in consciousness, you have reached a new platform of perspective.

That also should signal to each of you that your own mind, that your own mind, is more available in ways you may not have considered before. Because the physical exercises themselves have their own benefits, but in terms of energy, it creates new pathways in the brain, new neurological paths become created as you practice all of this. And this is significant because it increases the flow of ideas and creativity, of richness of experience and fulfillment. In other words, you will be taking into consideration that much more of your being, physically and energetically. And with an increase in neurological pathways you are bound to notice a greater sensitivity to ideas, idea complexes, energy, a greater overall awareness of what it is to be a powerful creative being. Does that make sense to you?

There are many schools of thought who advocate that the physical body is a malicious instrument meant to separate you from Source. That somehow or other the body must be controlled, the body must eventually be eradicated. All bodily sensations and desires must somehow or other be eliminated in order to experience the true and pure power of Source. And yet, Source – your Self – has created the physical body to experience, has it not?

It does stand to reason that this magnificent communicative instrument that you call the physical body is an incredible, miraculous construction because in each of the cells of that physical body is the awareness and the presence of Source. Therefore it stands to reason that you can make the greatest connection with Source right though the bodily self that you have.

Consider the body as a sacred instrument of communication. Whether you refer to it as the divine, as Source, as Higher Self, Essence, energy; it is through that meeting point of time, space, spirituality and biology that Source can be recognized. In other words, you are the embodiment of Essence.

We will thank each and every one of you for your kindness and consideration. And with this we leave you to your own beautiful devices and selves.
