MARK: October 21, 2007, 10:26 am.

KRIS: Now we trust that you are comfortable and once again we thank you for your early consideration.

MARK: Thank you.

KRIS: And now that all of your electronic gizmos seem to be working, let us proceed.

As we have presented at our last gathering in this way, we suggested a means to connect with the stream or the continuum of your own consciousness. [long pause while audio feedback from a web video broadcast is sorted out].

Now, then, that there is no more feedback, let us continue. As we presented at the last gathering and offered suggestions to increase your awareness of the flow of your energies we would like to continue in that same vein, encouraging you all to develop an even deeper relationship with your sense of self, with your energies and your consciousness. And it is one of many but an important one step towards developing an even more acute, detailed and intimate relationship with the greater source of your being with a greater level of awareness. This will enable you all to increase the very sense of self-awareness that you have begun to develop up to this point in time. And in order to accommodate this, we advise once again, to put aside or to suspend what you think you know about physical nature and physical reality. This process can be of great assistance in a great variety of ways we will elaborate upon in a few moments.

The simple center of such process is a means by which you can literally step aside from your own inner dialogues and mental censorship processes. Your physically or objectively oriented perceptions may indeed insist that the views about the world and about nature that you have acquired, perhaps even since infancy, may want to continue taking precedence; may even insist that what your senses perceive is what the reality is. That and your own various belief systems may indeed set up some interference from the signals, if you wish, or the communications that come from deeper within to connect you with that greater reserve of selfhood via innate systems of knowledge [pause while Peter reconnects to the phone call].

Thus, in other words, to acquaint yourselves intimately with your own inner dialogue will prove invaluable in assisting you to suspend or set aside those areas of your own mental states and consciousness that are central to your focusing upon physical reality in the manner in which you have grown accustomed, and focus instead on inner innate states of communication that tap into greater reserves of wisdom and knowledge beyond the five senses.

What we are suggesting is a means by which you can still recognize and acknowledge the world of the five senses, but at the same time focus much more so on the communications that are received from the inner senses and your own inner realities, inner realities which tap into streams or continuums of wisdom well beyond the boundaries of the official line of consciousness.

By developing a greater or more intimate relationship with those inner communications it may be possible for you, for example, to understand not only the mechanics of your own reality creation devices, but also in your communications with other individuals, especially those that may approach you for assistance and understanding the nature of their own reality creation devices. You may then be in a position to become aware of the communications and the situations in their own psychological, emotional states, even though the individual may not be necessarily aware of those very same things.

By developing this type of intimate relationship with your own inner communications you will, in so many words, develop an increased awareness in what is commonly referred to as extra sensory perceptions or the intuitive arts, the true arts of consciousness; availing yourself of information that can assist yourself and others that would not normally come from just the five senses alone, but that come from other areas of your consciousness that includes the five senses but is not limited to their feedback.

Such a state of mind needs some preparation, at least initially to set up the mechanisms and the flow of that information. And as we briefly hinted at in the last radio show, it involves utilizing your own creative imaginative processes, or the process of creating images or imagery in your mind in a slightly objective fashion, though utilizing subjective principles.

Many of you are familiar certainly with how you remember certain events, conditions and situations from your past. All of that information is stored what you call the subconscious mind or other parts of your awareness, and you simply retrieve the images and the feeling tones and the context of the events and circumstances. And it is done at such a rapid rate that you barely notice except when you know the information is stored but seem to have a slight difficulty in recalling that information to your satisfaction, until you abandon the recall process only to have that information then freely come up within moments.

What we are suggesting is not unlike such a process but utilized at a more meticulous level and it involves a refining of your imaging capacities as it were. An example of this would be to close your eyes and visualize or image or pretend to see your hand. For some it may be easy and for others not so easy. But if you take a close look at your physical hand with your eyes open to get a good snapshot, then close your eyes, it is easier for you to see or to imagine the picture of your hand. And part of that process involves this very imaging mechanism.

What we are suggesting is to go one step further, and to deliberately and conscientiously begin to construct the image of the hand, almost molecule by molecule as it were. Perhaps in the beginning starting from the wrist, literally weaving together units of consciousness into the atoms and molecules that make up the cells of various tissue that compose the hand, starting at the wrist. Literally seeing the hand, starting at the wrist, to be constructed layer upon layer; moving towards the palm, towards the construction of the thumb and the fingers – and make certain you have one thumb and four fingers, it is much easier – until you are able to very nicely visualize or see in your mind’s eye that the entire hand is constructed without any additional or missing phalanges, knowing that you have constructed a very nice image in your mind’s eye.

Once you are able to play with this kind of construction on several occasions and recognize that it becomes easier and easier, you can begin to image or imagine or construct other forms in your mind’s eye, beginning with whatever pops up in your mind at that point in time, be it a flower, a stone, a cloud – whatever image springs up in your awareness at that point. And the entire point of such a process is not that you will be creating hands and clouds and flowers and stones, but that you familiarize yourself with this deeper level of literally creating imagery for a very specific purpose.

Once you are familiar with it, able to break down the process in such a manner and reconstruct images, it may indeed become much easier for you to deal with other situations, such as; you have a physical challenge of some kind or you are aware of someone else having a physical challenge of some… in some way or another. Perhaps you have a problem with the knee, with your right knee, as an example.

Now we have to include here that as you become more proficient in the construction of these types of images in your mind’s eye, you will also discover that much more than a physically oriented process is at work. You will also be able to recognize the kind of energy involved, whether it is in the creation of your own mechanisms or of someone else, and this is what we mean: All emotional situations and events in your life, even from before your conception are also stored in what we have called the second mind – the energy construction of the physical body, a physical representation of the mind. All memories, images, events, conditions, situations in your life are in some way or another stored within various parts of the body.

In other words still, your energies or anybody else’s energies become intimately interwoven in the construction processes of your body. And by recognizing the intimate details of energy and tapping into the situation at those layers, whether you call it cellular or otherwise, will come up when you mentally construct or image the particular aspect of the body or otherwise in your mind’s eye. Thus, to return to the example of a problematic knee, in your mind’s eye you may begin to image that particular part of the body, seeing how it is constructed not only in physical terms but in energetic terms. And you may come across images and even emotional material stored within the atoms and molecules and consciousness of that portion of the body. And by tapping into those processes in your mind’s eye, you may very quickly recognize energies, emotions and otherwise, that can then be translated by yourself in order to recognize the origins of the challenge, whether of yourself or anybody else. If it is within your own body you are in a position then to deal with it, and if it is in someone else’s then you may indeed communicate those images and the impressions and translations thereof to them, to bring them to recognize that the physical challenge, whether it be pain, discomfort or otherwise, perhaps even illness, is the end result of a long-term communication that may have been ignored in such a way that the body resorts to a last ditch attempt to bring to the individual’s or your own awareness that there is a situation that has not been released, cleared or transformed in a manner that is helpful to the body and the individual.

This process not only can allow you then to be intimately familiar with your own or someone else’s source of challenge, but also provide you with the means to release it utilizing the very same process. This simply involves, first, the acknowledgment of the condition or situation including the emotional energetic counterpart which is at the source of it all. Secondly, the process itself is the addressing of the situation. And lastly, the need to accept self, an understanding and compassionate acceptance of the self may be all that is required to effectively create a transformation of the situation, a release of those locked or blocked energies which, for all intents and purposes, can immediately begin to reverse the situation or the condition. And to make very certain that your processes are still in line with intent you can do a cross-reference, either with yourself if the situation is yourself or your own, or with the other individual as the case may be. And simply ask them to mentally or inwardly gaze or address their own self and confirm that there is no longer any need to keep holding onto the situation; that their inner ecological environment is now congruent with their recognition that they can release the situation and can go on with their lives in a fulfilling manner.

In short, this process depends upon several items, one of which is of course, your ability to be clear in your own mind and to clearly see imagery, which is a gift each and every human being is endowed with because it is the foundational principle of reality creation. So you need not worry if another or yourself can tap into their own inner imagery but what you may need to do is pay attention to their or your language in such a manner as to see which is more conducive for them to tap into these states of inner imagery, as some individuals might not respond if you ask them if they see images, though they may easily respond if you ask them if they visualize or even if they pretend. This is but a small set of differences that can make a big impact in the manner in which the individual will respond and be congruent and that there is indeed rapport in your communication with him or her.

And we are aware that you have explored other processes as well and this can be an additional modality that can tie in very nicely with other processes that you have learned. What we are suggesting with this process here, is that it is yet another layer in a modality we have presented some time back called the Triple A, but at the same time utilized in a very effective method, not that other methods are not effective, but this is another way to utilize the process in conjunction with your innate abilities to create images in your mind’s eye.

And this, in turn, can lead you into a very interesting adventure or even adventures, as becoming proficient in this and other modalities that you have learned and explored, can awaken within you innate processes of consciousness that have been with your species since that species dreamt itself into being. Many ancient shamanic practices are indeed based upon similar processes and modalities. Even modern day medical intuitives and what you call psychics also rely upon similar processes. The process of recognizing imagery and impressions that come from within, as opposed to strictly focusing upon the processes geared towards an objectification of the senses or sense objects, if you wish.

What we are suggesting is simply another method by which you can make yourselves intimately aware and proficient with the use of these inner imaging processes. This, in turn, awakens deep wells of innate wisdom that may not have been utilized by your species in many hundreds and thousands of years. And these you may indeed begin to discover on your own by tapping into and utilizing these processes.

And we understand that you may have to listen to this recording again. Read the transcription carefully. Get a very good idea of what we are presenting, and ask questions as your need will arise and we will certainly see that your questions are answered so that you can deepen the processes on your own. And for all intents and purposes, we have not necessarily presented anything specifically new, but what we have attempted to do is simply break down a process that is already in use and has been in use by your species for a very long time; but break it down into a process that you can minutely examine, thus get a much better feel for such intimate exchanges of energies between individuals.

Now, what time is it?

MARK: 11:03

KRIS: Then perhaps we can suggest a very small break and afterwards or even during the break make certain that individuals are un-muted so that their questions can be answered. And if they prefer, they can text the messages of their questions to those responsible to communicate them afterwards. Therefore, we leave you to your small break.

MARK: Thank you. 11:04, 11:04 break.

[During break Anya talked about the group muscle-testing Yuen energy group activities and how they are using energy to generate visual images related to health concerns. Anya invited everyone who was interested to participate in this group. Tom Sherlock shared a visual image he received during Kris' presentation related to modern allopathic medicine's resistance to the energy and consciousness aspects of healing.]

MARK: Okay, he’s coming back kids. 11:14. We’re back.

KRIS: Now then, we would very much like to emphasize and be very clear that in terms of physical conditions and challenges, or the challenges brought about by any kind of situation, events, circumstance or condition all have their point of origin within consciousness energy. If you have physical discomforts or challenges of one kind or another or any illness as it is commonly referred to, these are manifestations of energies that have not been properly addressed.

We are certain that you have heard of the term energy medicine and energy psychology. And though it will take some time, the regular methods of dealing with illnesses and other conditions will gradually give way to an understanding that the situation exists in consciousness first and foremost. And until it is properly addressed by the individual, the situation will continue to present a challenge, but it can also present an opportunity, an opportunity to free oneself of those events and conditions, or what you can also refer to as baggage, blocked energies as it is commonly called, in a manner that brings about wholeness.

And we are well aware that some may claim that if an individual has a physical challenge or illness then he or she has chosen this and it is part of their fulfillment, and with that we would agree. However, there may be shades of understanding that are not brought about completely by simply stating it is their choice and it is part of their fulfillment. We would understand that many individuals make choices, in fact you cannot be without choice. You cannot have your being without choosing so, and in light of the topic at hand, yes the individual may indeed have chosen a challenge of one kind or another, but that choice may have been based upon lack of information, or perhaps a lack of awareness that there were other situations to choose from, other probabilities, other events that could have also been chosen to bring about a resolution to the individual’s own challenges.

And by assisting the individual in recognizing that there are other challenges involved, and that there are other choices that can be made, it can bring about a rapid resolution to their own specific struggle. And in terms of illnesses and other physical ailments and conditions, this often is the result of lack of knowledge concerning choices, mainly that they can reconcile and compassionately heal and accept themselves. And in doing so, can bring about a rapid transition from an undesirable state to one that is desired.

And if, in line with what we mentioned earlier about doing an inner ecological check to make certain the individual is congruent with the newly established choices and situation, in line with this, it is often simply a matter of assisting the individual recognizing that what they gain from their present situation or challenge or illness or trauma, that the gains from this situation can also be had through other means – means that are perhaps more wholesome, healing and nurturing than their present situation.

So it requires an high degree or level of compassion and conscientiousness on your part, towards yourself first and foremost and always, as well as towards anyone whom you would be assisting in recognizing that they have other choices, perhaps even more wholesome choices that can lead them to more desirable situations. And that is the crux of the issue, a conscientious and compassionate perspective.

And in terms of what we suggested moments ago concerning energy medicine and energy psychology, the matrix of this understanding is that, first and foremost there is consciousness, followed by the situation and the material condition, and not the other way around. And from consciousness stems all of reality, including the reality that you experience. Thus from YOUR consciousness stems the reality YOU are experiencing.

And as you grow in awareness and recognize that you are responsible for your consciousness and the resultant reality, so can you introduce others to the fact that they too are responsible for their reality and actions thereof. And of course this also includes that you can be of assistance to others in recognizing this and creating something wholesome. This is much more preferable than simply stating, “It is their reality, let THEM deal with it”. What we are aiming for then, is compassion and conscientiousness towards yourself which is reflected in your dealings with others. Does that make sense to you?

MARK: Yes.

KRIS: Thus this process we have described to you today can be a stepping stone to deeper knowledge. From experience as you practice, make yourself aware of the process and how to utilize it for and with yourself, and for and with others in a compassionate manner. It may evolve differently and naturally for each of you and though there may still be correlations between all of your processes, there will still be differences which can allow each of you to learn from the other yet again.

Perhaps you can all un-mute yourselves if there are questions to be asked.

MARK: Tom, you want to go first? [Pause, no answer] Anybody? Hello?

PETER: Sometimes when I try to help, they say I shouldn’t… I should mind my own business.

KRIS: Can you repeat your inquiry?

PETER: I try sometimes to assist others in seeing that they create their own reality, but this is not always successful because sometimes they don’t like me to interfere.

KRIS: This may simply depend on the manner in which they are approached. You may ask someone if they would be willing to listen to another point of view, not as something they SHOULD follow up on, but simply to take into consideration, to ponder, to test for themselves. And see how they fare with the suggestions. And leave it to them to then pursue a deeper understanding. It is a matter of approach after all. And the point would not necessarily be to convince them of your point of view, but instead to assist them in understanding how their perspective may be used to bring about a more wholesome approach. Does that answer your question?

PETER: Yes.

KRIS: Are there other inquiries?

LISA: I will ask Ester’s question: In the Saurayi Method I am studying, we are learning to find a state of awareness in which we connect with the point of awareness where I am who you are, but it is really an elaborated ritual, is there a way to simplify it?

KRIS: Can you interpret?

MARK: No, Lisa can you summarize that?

LISA: Sorry, because I’m reading the question for someone else.

MARK: Yeah, I know. We’re having trouble interpreting it.

ESTER: Okay, okay I’m here, so perhaps I can explain it. Okay, in the Saurayi method what we are learning is to achieve a state or expand it where we can connect with the other person in this kind of energetic space where we are one. And to achieve this state we need to make a ritual of many things and I feel that this is kind of unnecessary ritual.

KRIS: Indeed, we understand the inquiry, and perhaps initially a small ritual or practice, perhaps even something as simple as a meditation or focusing upon the flame of a candle, might be all that is needed to bring your energies into a congruent state where you enter that mood. But elaborate rituals may themselves take away from the process because the ritual is not the process, the state is what you are aiming for, that is your desired state, correct?

So once you have established how to get into that state, then the rituals themselves may be dispensed with, and simply an intent to focus in that direction to get into that mood may be all that is necessary. Initially, if you wish to play a game you must learn some of the rules, but after a while you do not need to know the rules, you simply play the game, correct?

ESTER: Correct.

KRIS: So do what works best for you and what gets you into that mood or that space in a fashion that is suitable for you. If you depend solely on the ritual then you might find yourself in a situation of need at some point in time, and if it is impossible to engage the ritual then you might feel as if you cannot get into the space. The ritual should only be a stepping stone.

Consider this, when you are young and you learn to swim, you need the assistance of someone else until you are able to swim very nicely all by yourself and feel safe and secure in your ability to swim, correct? Then, after a while, all you need do is jump in a pool and you are swimming. You do not have to learn to swim every single time you go into the pool. Does that make sense?

ESTER: A lot, thank you.

KRIS: Indeed, so do what works for you and eventually dispense with what no longer is necessary and work only with the state.

ESTER: Okay. Thank you Kris.

KRIS: Indeed. Are there other inquiries, questions, comments?

ALAN: If no one else comes up with one, I have one.

MARK: Go ahead.

ALAN: Kris, what you have previously described as a practice sounds very, very close to what our little energy practice group is doing and I wonder if you could comment maybe on the similarities and if we’re on the same track that you have just described.

KRIS: At the heart of the issue there is always, first and foremost, consciousness. Recognizing this foundational principle, you are bound to discover all on your own various methods and ways to address your issues. As long as the focus is always that consciousness energy exists first. That includes the state of your consciousness and energy even prior to a physical challenge of some kind or illness. That includes emotional states, perhaps more so than any others, as primary. And out of this, hundreds if not thousands of practices have evolved the world over for hundreds and thousands of years.

With the passage of time and inevitable distortions, the primary principle of consciousness can be obliterated or no longer recognized because the individuals have become overly immersed in strictly what their physical senses are interpreting for them. Thus you have presently, allopathic medicine which concerns itself merely upon symptomology and has nothing to do with healing in its own right. You are discovering on your own, knowing some of the things that you know, that consciousness is primary. It is THE operative principle. It is, simply put, THE principle. How you evolve that understanding and utilize it and maintain it as the core, you will always find means and methods by which to bring about a redressing of issues that have been unaddressed or buried within the consciousness of an individual or yourselves. And with these understandings it is easier then to come back to the source – consciousness – knowing that energies, situations that are submerged in a manner of speaking, that have not been addressed, now need to be addressed and released for the overall well-being of the individual – yourself or others included.

As long as it is recognized that consciousness energy is primal, then you can indeed evolve very many different kinds of processes for the well-being of yourself and others. Become adventurous. Become explorers. This territory is not yet fully explored, so consider yourselves as pioneers in a way, though there is still a foundation laid out over the last one hundred years, even coming from such diverse regions of knowledge such as quantum physics, still the principle of consciousness is being recognized slowly and surely. In this way you are breaking down barriers to innate knowledge and to the great potential that is always residing within the individual and within your species.

Imagine the strides in this area that have been uncovered in the last one hundred years. And just as easily imagine the strides that will continue to be explored, unfolded and put into action over the next one hundred years. Where it is even possible that there will be no further need to sacrifice body parts to defective beliefs, but that the state of well-being of an individual, a family, a society, a nation or even a civilization stems from its understanding concerning consciousness and energy [coughs].

Thus with this kind of a projection into your collective future, there stands to be radical changes in the way you even explore and come to understand the nature of your being, the nature of reality and how that reality stems from your being and not the other way around – that you are the bi-product of your environment and genetic codes – but that instead your influence, the presence of your energy influences your genetics and creates the environment. And when we say environment, we are not strictly speaking of your objective environment but addressing your inner psychological environment first and foremost. Does that answer your inquiry?

ALAN: Yes, Kris, thank you and much more than I asked.

KRIS: Indeed, do forgive us. Are there any other inquiries or are you filled for the day?

THERESA: This is Theresa. I have a question.

MARK: Okay.

THERESA: We’re talking about the physical body and the second mind and how the body remembers experiences and how these need to be released. What about the situation where a person is going to have some kind of a medical procedure done? I’m going to be, in about a month’s time, I’m going to be having some dental surgery and I’m wondering if there’s something proactive that I can do to reassure the body to minimize any trauma that might happen as a result of the medical procedure. Did you have any advice on that?

KRIS: Indeed. You can begin this very day by establishing, perhaps, a period of ten to fifteen minutes where you allow yourself to be very relaxed indeed. And in that relaxed state offer yourself gentle suggestions that though you will be undergoing a procedure, your own innate abilities to recover rapidly will come to your assistance. That underneath its physical appearance of form, your body has another kind of form – a form of energy and awareness, as it were. And that, in itself, can never be violated or injured in any way shape or form and that your recovery from the surgical procedure will be rapid and without incidence. It is a form of autosuggestion, always being very kind and gentle when offering yourself such suggestions. Do you follow?

THERESA: Yes, thank you.

KRIS: Thus we will return Joseph to you now, allowing each of you to enjoy the rest of your consciousness day.

GROUP: Thank you.

MARK: 7:46
