Phase 3: Mentoring
The Consciousness Mentoring Institute is proud to announce Phase 3 in our curriculum. Similarly to Phase 2, Phase 3 promises to change your life in ways you never thought possible and give you the necessary tools that you will need to mentor others, either one-on-one or in groups.
Phase 3, unlike Phase 2 is NOT for everyone. This phase of the course is ONLY those individuals who intend to mentor others.
KRIS: The third phase is meant to engage the individual with others on a one-on-one or in a group setting. They can confirm their commitment, but only those who will pursue this particular vein need apply. We wish no disrespect, but if it is only to gather information, then something else may be offered, but the third phase is specifically for those who will want to engage as a mentor.
Now, this particular phase will also be more difficult because we will insist on an individualized written report on each session and understandings thereof and simply sending in the transcript is not an option. The session and the transcript are meant to provide a foundation for your evolving understanding and expanding understanding of Self. Thus it will be more rigorous in that way and our reason is that these individuals are going to engage with other people. So at that point, there is a need then to have a certain foundation and each one needs to understand that this approach also is not meant to replace or cure any human condition nor to replace the advice of a professional caregiver but it is meant to be complementary. We again mean no offense nor prejudices against anyone, but this particular phase is going to be even more structured, just as the second was more structured than the first.
MARK: So, sort of like mini essays per class.
KRIS: Indeed. And we will require more individual participation. More so even that we will engage individuals directly to bring up issues. That way the individual may have a better understanding of other people’s issues.
Phase Three will concentrate on taking everything that was taught in Phase 1 and Phase 2 and bring that knowledge, wisdom and experience together in ways that allow it to GEL, giving the individual confidence and understanding when assisting others in their Journey of Self awareness.
Phase Three will consist of a minimum of two sessions per month for at least six months. Starting dates have yet to be announced, but suffice it to say, we expect to start up in late March or early April.
The cost of this course is USD $500.00 payable either in one lump sum or in two equal payments.
