4 true companions to increase your awareness
Meditation
Through meditating, you will reduce stress, enhance your health and well-being and reach inner peace not depending on your current circumstances. However, the deeper meaning to it is spirirtual awakening and reconnection with your Higher Self. The source which you can always turn to and which knows your soul’s plan. Meditation is your daily cleasnsing routine for your mind, equivalent to daily cleansing your body.
Mindfulness
Mindfully moving through your day will give your life new quality and depth. This means clearing your brain from preconceived, limiting patterns and to react effortlessly in order to make the best possible decision. Being mindful means giving all your awareness to this present moment. This will enable you to leave behind the patterns of your brain solely based on reaction and will give you the chance to take on new perspectives while being well-grounded in your body.
Self-responsibility
Self-responsibility means to fully acknowledge and be aware of your self and take responsibility for everything which you cause through it. In order to receive what you truly aspire, it is necessary to be fully aware and to take responsibility for your life the way it is at this moment. The goal is to embark on the path of self-awareness, following your own rhythm, leaving behind the state of being a passive victim and taking on the role of active creator.
Non-identification with the ego-mind
You’re only able to experience your true being when your mind is still. Freedom begins as soon as you realize that you are not identical to the mind, the thinker who keeps you in a state of obsession. When you notice that your ego mind is only a small part of your intelligence, your consciousness rises. In the state of inner connectedness (instead of mind identification) you are more awake and more attentive. Thinking, not connected to consciousness, is not creative but devastating.
Healing means …
… to support and strengthen the immanente state of wholeness of an individual. Healing asks you to fully understand the message being given to you through disease.
All that you avoid acknowledging tends to manifest itself in your body. Curing – in it’s origin – means examining and clearing barriers that blocks your health in contrast to only seeking relief of the symptoms.
This holistic approach will support your body taking on it’s innermost task: to heal itself.
Your health …
… is not dependent upon your genetic blueprint as many people may think, but upon the environment you live in.
Basically, your body cell’s fate is being controlled by the chemistry of your blood. And, the chemistry of your blood reflects how you perceive your life, like everything that adds to your daily environment, personal and professional relationships and current societal issues.
According to this daily subjective perceiving of your environment, corresponding hormones are being activated and released. Depending on your state of being – is it joy and gratefulness or fear and frustration – the physical reactions initiated by the corresponding hormones may cause health symptoms.
Inner realignment …
… that corresponds to the cosmos, and the transformation towards a liberated and mature image of human-being, which evolves through your experiences and insights, is inevitable. The only question is: do you choose to experience it consciously or in an unconscious, painful way.
Living in harmony with the law of self-knowledge means recognising your true self and being creative. To know about the natural and spiritual laws and how to apply them in life, ist vital for your transformation to a wholesome life.
Embark on a journey to connect with your Higher-Self, which knows everything. And, most importantly, recognise the infinite wealth that exists within you, just waiting to be discovered and developed. But, before you start to climb your way up in a blaze of doing and performing you rather have to descend into the depths of yourself to clear old belief patterns, basic attitudes and transgenerational influences.
